This week’s update: your nonprofit profile, this Friday’s workshop, an open funding opportunity, and RSVPs for upcoming sessions.
Your nonprofit profile is open
The nonprofit profile submission form is live. Your first draft is due by July 30.
- You won’t be able to accept matching grants until your profile has been submitted.
- You can come back and edit your profile in October before the campaign launches. I’ll make sure it looks exactly how you want before we go live.
- If your organization has participated before, your profile is a fresh start each year. You can find last year’s answers by searching your email for the subject line “2025 Nonprofit Onboard submission.”
PPCF Grant Portal Is Open
The Pikes Peak Community Foundation’s grantmaking portal is open now through August 8.

Organizations that support the Pikes Peak region, El Paso and Teller counties, are encouraged to apply.
This Friday: Campaign Tips and Tricks
If this is your first year in the campaign, or you’re new staff at a returning nonprofit, this is the session to make time for. We’ll walk through campaign strategies, how matching grants work, and how to set yourself up for a strong campaign.
The workshop will be recorded, but best way to get help or questions answered is to be there in person. It’s also a great time to make connections with other new nonprofits.

Give! Events and Collaboration
A working session for nonprofits interested in planning collaborative events during the campaign. Come ready to brainstorm, meet other organizations, and build connections that often outlast the campaign itself.

A panel with internship and community engagement leaders from Colorado College, UCCS, and Pikes Peak State College, covering the different pathways each campus offers, from volunteer recruitment to internships, fellowships, community engaged learning, and project based work.
