The College Intern workshop is happening this afternoon. This is a real chance to build a lasting partnership between our local colleges and the nonprofit community, so if campus partnerships, internship pipelines, or connecting with student talent interest you, come on by. UCCS, Colorado College, and Pikes Peak State College will all be there to present.
New Message Board for Events and Collaboration
I just added a live message board to the Campaign Hub for sharing event ideas and collaboration opportunities with other nonprofits. You’ll find it on the Campaign Hub page.
Posting is simple. Click the plus button on the board, then start your post with your organization’s name and include an email address so others know who to contact for follow up. See the example from Harley’s Hope to see how to post. (This is new, so let me know if you have any issues posting!)
Workshop Schedule Updates
The Workshop Schedule page has been refreshed with new dates and times. Take a look when you get a chance. I’m still locking in a date/location for the Funders Panel, but that will be in October.

Opportunities
Kissing Camels Family Dentistry reached out with a generous offer for nonprofit staff: a free day of dental care on September 25th, including a comprehensive exam and full mouth x rays, plus your choice of a regular cleaning, one tooth extraction, or one filling.
It’s open to new patients who are based in Colorado Springs and work at a local nonprofit. If you or someone on your team is interested, reach out directly to [email protected] for more information.
Vanguard Skin Specialists’ Give Thanks grant portal is still open through September 1st. Check out their website to see if you are eligible.
