The YouTube recording and the slide deck from Morgana’s Social Media workshop are loaded into the links at the top of the Campaign Hub. If you missed it, or if you want to go back through her recommendations, everything is there.
In case you missed last week’s email, here is the short version.
The participation agreement lists two deadlines, September 1 for agreements and September 30 for payments. That split is left over from our old system, when we only accepted checks and it took several weeks to track them all down by mail.
We have since implemented online payments, so ACH and credit card gifts can be made any time up until the portal closes on September 30. The September 1 date is simply there to encourage donors who are sending a check to get their form in early. If your donor is still paying by check, please make sure it reaches us by September 30 as well.
Payments that arrive after that date will be treated as campaign donations rather than Inspiration Gifts.
Campaign Opportunities
Colorado College is inviting community organizations to share opportunities for their students to engage with your organization this semester. Submit any one off, ongoing, short term, or longer term projects through their online form, and they will get it posted and shared across campus.

ACCESS Christian Church is hosting a free Community Resource Fair and Open House on Saturday, October 17, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM at the CORE Community Center in Peyton. The event brings together local resources for individuals with disabilities and special needs, their families, and their caregivers.

El Paso County Enterprise Zone Tax Credit

This session is geared toward anyone who wants to understand Enterprise Zone eligibility, and toward any nonprofit planning to use the tax credit opt in for the campaign this year. To opt in this year, you must already be approved by the county or state as an Enterprise Zone, Child Care Contribution, or Homeless Contribution organization.
