July is here, which means the campaign is really underway. This week’s update is short: Nonprofit Profiles, Copywriting workshop to watch, and RSVPs open for the next few workshops.
I am out of the office this week. If you haven’t paid your participation fee yet, you have another week of reprieve! I’ll be back in the office next week and will be reaching out if I’m missing anything.
Your nonprofit profile is open
The nonprofit profile submission form is live. Your first draft is due by July 30.
A few things to keep in mind:
- You will not be able to accept matching grants until your profile has been submitted.
- You can return and make edits to your profile in October before the campaign launches. I will make sure it looks exactly how you want before we go live.
- If your organization has participated before, your profile is a fresh start each year. You can access your profile form submission from last year by searching your email for the subject line: “2025 Nonprofit Onboard submission”

Give! Events and Collaboration
July 27, 1:00 PM | East Library
A working session for nonprofits interested in planning collaborative events during the campaign. Come ready to brainstorm, meet other organizations, and build connections that often outlast the campaign itself.
Am I Ready for an Intern?
August 11, 4:00 PM | East Library
A panel conversation with internship and community engagement leaders from Colorado College, UCCS, and Pikes Peak State College. Each campus offers different pathways for nonprofits to connect with students, including volunteer recruitment, internships and fellowships, community engaged learning and research, and project-based work.
