Inspiration Gifts close September 30th.
Every organization is required to secure at least one $500 Inspiration Gift, and all payments must be received by September 30th. This is the last full week to chase down anything still outstanding.
Online payments are open until midnight on the 30th. If a donor is paying by card, they can submit right up to the end of the day.
Check Drop Off: Wednesday, September 30th, 9:00 to 11:00 AM

If you have a check coming in under the wire, I will be holding office hours that morning so you can hand it to me in person instead of trusting the mail.
Coming in October
- October 5th: profile links go out. I will send you the link to your profile page so you can proofread it and send me your edits. Have your photo ready. A compelling image matters more than you think when donors are scrolling the site, and any video has to already be on YouTube or Vimeo for us to embed it.
- October 8th at 1:00 PM: website walk through by Zoom. This meeting is mandatory. At least one staff member from every organization needs to attend. This is where we go through the site so you know how your profile, your events, and your donation links all work before the campaign opens.
- October 8th: the Event Submission Form opens. I will send the link out right after the walk through so you can start scheduling your events and setting up your QR codes and links.

September was a heavy month for workshops and our presenters brought excellent material. Two sessions are left on the calendar.
October Meet and Greet: Thursday, October 1st, 6:00 PM
Garden of the Gods Visitor & Nature Center
An after hours look at the Visitor Center, with food and drinks on us.
Funders Roundtable: Tuesday, October 13th, 10:00 AM

Nicole Rivet of Pikes Peak Community Foundation, Cari Frank of Colorado Springs Health Foundation, and Erica Oakley-Courage of the El Pomar Foundation on grant funding do’s and don’ts.
