Solid Rock CDC’s mission is to support a revitalized Southeast Colorado Springs that becomes a destination area for living, business development and diverse culture and attractions through innovative community collaboration. We offer four programs: Food Bank, Youth Services, Community Investment Trust, and the Village at Solid Rock. We engage residents and promote policy changes for a healthy SE Colorado Springs.

Why

Solid Rock CDC was created to address needs in Southeast Colorado Springs, recognizing that there are many factors that contribute to economic vitality and overall quality of life. Our organization targets both immediate needs and works to change policies to develop long-term sustainable solutions. Solid Rock CDC’s Board and staff represents the racial, cultural, and professional diversity of the community.

Needs

Volunteers for our Food Bank to pack and distribute food; volunteers from the nonprofit/business sectors to engage with our Youth Services programs; vehicle (van/bus) for transporting youth
