The Millibo Art Theatre is a mainstay of the performing arts community in the Pikes Peak Region. We provide 14 original and premiere productions, summer camps, classes, and touring shows for audiences of all ages at our beautiful Ivywild venue. Over 10,000 children, students, and adults are served annually. We also provide paid employment for 100 actors, teachers, designers, directors, and technicians.
We have learned over the past year how important laughter, storytelling, and sharing a theatre experience with a live audience are to our collective cultural health. As we celebrate our 20th anniversary season, we rededicate the MAT to creating and producing high-quality theatre, comedy, and circus for audiences of all ages. We provide space, education, and encouragement for our area performing artists and students

“If you’ve missed those moments where an audience hangs in eager suspension, waiting to see whether a scene turns tragic or comic, where amusement tiptoes into awe, if you just miss laughing together, go see this year’s Women’s Theatre Festival.” — Stephen Michael O'Rear, audience member
